Nancy Fudge Lacy, 85, of Louisville, KY died Friday, May 13, 2022 at U of L Mary and Elizabeth Hospital in Louisville, KY.  She was born in Breeding, KY on November 30, 1936 to the late Mont and Nona Coomer Sparks.  She was also preceded in death by her first husband Mainord Fudge two siblings Ernest Sparks and Catherine England and a nephew Glyn England.

She was a member of Hadley's Community Church and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Horace Lacy of Louisville, KY; a son Mark Wesley Fudge of Louisville, KY; a granddaughter Jessica Miller (Brian) of Frankfort, KY; six great grandchildren Alexia, Clay, Allie, Camden, Sadie and Ashton all of Frankfort, KY; sister-in-law Maxine Sparks nieces and nephew Kenneth England, Kathy Pelston, Charlotte England & Michelle Vanarsdale all of Columbia, KY.

Funeral services will be 2:00pm Monday, May 16, 2022 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Fudge Cemetery.  Visitation will be after 11:00am Monday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
