Nadine Lee Loy Darnell, 77, of Columbia, KY passed away Monday, November 3, 2025, at Summit Manor Nursing Home. She was born on June 11, 1948, in Columbia, KY to the late Piner H. and Kathlene Bennett Loy. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnnie Frank Darnell.

Mrs. Darnell was a member of the Hutchison Community Church and enjoyed collecting dolls, gardening, and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include her cousin and caregiver Cynthia Coomer of Columbia, KY, her uncle Chandler Bennett of Columbia, KY and several other family and friends.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her siblings Clarence King Loy and Iva Nell Loy.

Funeral services will be 11:00am Friday, November 7, 2025, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Stone Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00-8:00pm and will continue Friday until time for the service at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Bro. Larry Brown and Bro. Steve Pescosolido will be officiating, and pallbearers will be Braeden Coomer, Chris Coomer, Dennis Loy, John Bagby, Richard Phelps, and Louis McQueary. Honorary pallbearers will be the Campbellsville Fresenius Dialysis Team.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to the Hutchison Community Church.
