Myrtle Fletcher Coomer age 89 years of Columbia passed away Wednesday,

Sept. 19, 2012 at 3:30 P.M. at Summit Manor Health & Rehab Center

She was born on Oct. 21, 1922 in Cumberland County, Ky.

She was the daughter of the late Robert & Pearl Hardin Pierce

The widow of Dearing B. Fletcher who preceded her in death on Jan. 31, 1992,

She later married John H. Coomer who preceded her in death on August 11, 2005

also preceded in death by one daughter Peggy Muthler, a half-brother Manson Hulse

Survived by four daughters:

Linda Stotts & husband Todd of Breeding, Ky.

Connie Stotts & Husband Junior of Columbia, Ky.

Mildred Matney & husband Bobby of Columbia, Ky.

Patricia Melton & husband Jackie of Albany, Ky.

One son:

Tony Fletcher of Somerset, Ky.

One half-sister: Lola Mae Coomer of Columbia, Ky.

Two half-brothers: Hank Hulse of Lebanon, TN & Stanley Hulse of Brandenburg, Ky.

10 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild

Several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

She was a member of Emory Chapel Methodist Church & had worked at Union Underwear & OshKosh
