Sunday, January 17, 2010 at 12:30 P.M. at the Westlake Regional Hospital in

Columbia, KY after several months illness.

She was the daughter of the late: Will & Carrie Holmes Combest of Adair Co. KY

She was preceded in death by her husband: Charles Thomas on June 21, 2006

Preceded in death by one sister: Louise Rogers

Survived by two sons:

Jeff Thomas & wife: Valerie of Columbia, KY

Greg Thomas of Columbia, KY

Two brothers:

Joe Ed Combest of Glasgow, KY and Billy Combest of Edinburg, Indiana

Five sisters:

Edna Young of Indiana Gladys Murrell of Columbia, KY, Helen Simpson of

Glasgow, KY, Bessie Willis of Columbia, KY and Betty Logsdon of Glasgow, KY

Two grandchildren:

Kristi Irvin & husband: Marty and David Thomas

Two great grandchildren:

Madison Irvin & Braxton Irvin

Also survived by several nieces and nephews

Mrs. Thomas was a homemaker,she worked for

Thomas Photography for several years. She was a member of the Adair Chapter of Order of Eastern Star # 435
