She was born on March 16, 1921 in Adair County, KY

She was the daughter of the late Oldie George & Nora Smith Bennett

She was married to Boyce Ray Stapp on Dec. 24, 1936, & he preceded her

in death on April 23, 1993

She is survived by one son Jimmy Stapp of Columbia, KY

Three brothers Samuel Bennett, Herbert Bennett of Indiana &

Ernest Bennett of Russell Springs, KY

One sister Rachel Irvin of Cincinnati, Ohio

4 Grandchildren Chasity Yarberry, Paul Stapp, Sabrina Stapp &

Elizabeth Regan

8 Great Grandchildren Allie, Kobe, Savon, Jacob, Isaac, Braelynn,

Zoey & Corrie

several nieces, nephews a host of other relatives & friends survives

Mrs. Stapp was preceded in death by a son: Boyce Stapp Jr. on July 3, 2009 and by an infant son Albert Stapp, two infant daughters Ruby & Maxine Stapp, two brothers & two sisters Albert Russell Bennett,

Marvin Bennett, Helen Bennett & Virginia Bennett

Mrs. Stapp was a member of the Providence Baptist Church,

she was the oldest member at the time of her death & had been a member

for 80 years, she had worked at Russell Sports Wear in Russell Springs, KY

& was a homemaker
