Mildred Cloristine "Tena" Corbin Myles, age 83, of Campbellsville, Kentucky was born on June 7, 1934 in Adair Co., Kentucky.  She was the daughter of Willie L. and Hallie Richards Corbin.  She passed from this life on October 21, 2017 at Nortons Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.  She was married to Charlie Brockman, Ira Smith Jr. and Tom Myles who all preceded her in death.

She is survived by 10 nephews: David and Donnie Corbin and Ernie and Mike Burris all of Campbellsville, KY; Richard, Steve, Larry and Rick Corbin of Indiana; Roger and Randy Corbin of Tennessee.  One niece: Barbara Troutt of Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister; Dimmon Corbin, Walter Corbin and Dimple Burris.  She was also preceded in death by two nephews and one niece; Ronnie Burris, Jeff Corbin and Linda Jefferies.

Funeral service will be Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 1:00 PM CST at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Saturday, October 28, 2017 after 9:00 AM CST at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.

Interment will be in the Haven Hill Cemetery in Columbia, KY
