Mayrine Rogers age 82 years of 3160 Greensburg Road,

Columbia, KY passed away Saturday November 3, 2007 at

4:48 PM at Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY after a long illness.

She was the daughter of the late: Melvin & Zada Willis Downey of

Adair County, Kentucky

She was preceded in death by her husband: Chesley G. Rogers in 1967

Survived by one daughter: Judy Carolyn Rogers of Columbia, KY

One sister: Joyce Lee of Columbia, KY

One niece and two nephews and one great nephew

She was preceded in death by one nephew

Mrs. Rogers was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church,

Order of Eastern Star # 835 in Columbia, KY and was very active

with Republican Party political activities for many years and was a

long time farmer.

Interment in the Columbia Cemetery

The family will receive visitors from 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home

An Eastern Star funeral ceremony will be held on Monday evening at

7:00 PM at the funeral home

Visitation : Monday Nov. 5 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM

Services : Tuesday Nov. 6

Interment : 11:00 AM Stotts-Phelps-McQueary FH
