She was born January 2, 1923 in Adair Co. Kentucky the daughter of the late

Charlie Ples and Patra Bailey Sinclair

Preceded in death by her husband: Howard Cecil Neat on May 3, 1995

Six brothers and sisters: Alva, Toby, Johnny and Ewing Sinclair and Thelma Warren and Pearl Campbell

Survived by one daughter:

Patricia Goodin and husband: Larry of Columbia, KY

Two sons:

Charles Neat and wife: Clestine of Columbia, KY

Don Neat and wife: Francine of Columbia, KY

Five grandchildren:

Cheryl (Troy) Green, Erin (James) Bonta, Monica (Tim) Logsdon, Neil Goodin and fiancee'Natalie, Keri (Matthew) Willis

Six great grandchildren:

Jesse Green & fiancee' Kayla, Toby Green, Will Bonta, Whitley Bonta,

Samuel Willis, Mattie Willis, also several nieces, nephews and friends

Mrs. Neat was a member of the New Hope Separate Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Funeral service: Friday, March 15, 2013 at 10:00 AM at New Hope Separate Baptist Church
