Monday Sept. 1, 2014 at 8:44 PM at Westlake Regional Hospital

She was born on Dec. 31, 1933 in Adair County, KY

She was the daughter of the late Dallas & Mary Jane Harmon Richards

She was married to Jessie Clarence Young who preceded her in death

on April 7, 1990 and later married Charles William Costello who preceded

her in death on June 14, 2002

Preceded in death by one son Randall Lee Young on July 22, 1976

She is survived by two daughters
