In Somerset, Ky.

She was the daughter of the late Junious O. & Rosie Smith Goodin & was preceded in death by her husband Osey Arvel Dillingham on March 1, 1960

Survived by two sons: Harold Dillingham & his wife Nancy of Prospect, Ky. &

Nathan Dillingham & his wife Wilma of Edinburgh, IN

5 Grandchildren: Rhagan Dillingham-Waits, Ashley Dillingham, Timothy Dillingham, Kimberly Dillingham Bieker & Christopher Dillingham,

6 Great Grandchildren and a host of other relatives & friends survives

Mary Ellen was a member of New Hope Separate Baptist Church, homemaker & a Green Thumb worker for several years
