UK Medical Center in Lexington, Ky.

She was born on Sept. 4, 1945 in Adair County

She was the daughter of the late Mason Stanley & Myrte Willis Smith

She is survived by her husband Ores Brockman of Columbia, Ky.

Samuel Lewis Brockman of Columbia, Ky.

Marion "Derby" (Phyllis) Smith of Columbia, Ky.

Marvin "Buck" (Beverly) Smith of Columbia, Ky.

Marjorie Burton of Louisville, Ky.

Marie "Pat" (Donnie) Bennett of Louisville, Ky.

Margaret Sarah (Mitchell) Tupman of Brandenburg, Ky.
