MARY VIRGINIA "MARGARET" PERKINS, 90 of Columbia, KY passed away Monday, May 14, 2018 at 9:05 PM

at the Signature Summit Manor Nursing Home in Columbia, KY after several months illness.

She was born April 22, 1928 in the Mt. Carmel area of Adair County, KY the daughter of the late: Rufus and Virgie Grant Dulworth

Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers

Buel Dulworth and Marvin Dulworth

Survived by her husband of 73 years:  Warren H. "Buck" Perkins of Columbia, KY

One daughter:   Lana (Daniel)  Mata of Jamestown, Tennessee

One son:  Tim (Carla) Perkins of Columbia, KY

Two grandchildren: Bryon Irvin and Jordan Perkins

Two great grandchildren

One sister in law:  Delpha Dulworth of Breeding, KY

Four nieces Faye Smith, Joan Dulworth, Tammy Ayala, Sherrie Dulworth

Mrs. Perkins was a member of the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church, a member of the Cane Valley Homemakers Club, she enjoyed golfing, fishing and flower gardening

Funeral service: Thursday, May 17, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home

Interment in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery
