Maggie Helen Reeder 84 of Columbia Kentucky went to join our Father and her family on Friday August 3, 2012 at the Palliative Care Unit at Baptist Hospital East.

She was born on May 12, 1928 in Russell County to the late Ed and Mary Reeder. Miss Reeder was retired from Our Lady of Peace Hospital in 1991, where she worked for thirty seven years. She was also a member of Beargrass Christian Church in Louisville

She was preceded in death by her parents Ed and Mary Reeder; her three sisters, Catherine Prewitt (Sonny), Lorene Roberts (Gilbert), Lita Faye (Thom) Bell, and her brother Calvin Reeder (Eva Lee).

Helen is survived by her sister Judy Howard (Kenneth) of Louisville, and by many, many loving nieces and nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Monday August 7, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. CDT at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home
