Lorene Cox age 90 years of the Free Union Community, Columbia, Ky. passed away Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011 at 2:25 A.M. at Westlake Regional Hospital

She was born on May 18, 1921 in Adair County

She was the daughter of the late Jim & Callie Kerr Brockman

she was preceded in death by her husband Omer W. Cox on Jan. 30, 1997

she is survived by one daughter: Betty Conover & husband Herman of Columbia, Ky.

one son: Carlos Cox & his wife Cleoda of Indianapolis, IN

one sister: Arlene Helton of Indianapolis, IN

7 Grandchildren

14 Great Grand Children

several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

Mrs. Cox attended the Free Union Separate Baptist Church & was a homemaker
