Lora Lee Loy, age 72, of Columbia, KY, passed away Friday, October 9, 2026, at her residence. She was born on March 31, 1954, in Argo, Illinois to the late Lawrence and Mary Ellen Cochran Taylor.

Mrs. Loy attended the Sparksville Church of the Nazarene, she loved bottle feeding her goats, her pig Wilburn, her dog Mike, and gardening.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother Lawrence Taylor Jr.

Survivors include her husband George Loy; five children Jamie Beth Cooper, George Loy Jr., Charles Loy, James Allen Loy, and Mary Beth Loy; and a brother-in-law Ted Loy (Valerie).

The family chose cremation and no services are scheduled at this time.
