Lora Lynn Atchley, 78, of Columbia, KY passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025, at University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington, KY. She was born in Columbia, KY on January 24, 1947. She was preceded in death by her mother Callie Bailey Huff, a granddaughter Kaylan Bryant, and two sisters LaCona Bryant and Faye Devore.

Mrs. Atchley was a member of the Freedom Church of God. She enjoyed flower gardening, farming, playing the guitar, singing, and spending time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband Harold Eugene Atchley; three daughters Melissa Bryant, Melinda Knight (Brad Hatcher), and Michelle Withers (Mikey); four grandchildren Colton Barr (Chaley), Brady Bryant, Bailey Bryant, and Hudson Leigh; three siblings Leon Huff (Margaret), Fern Roy, and Lois White (Donald) and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Freedom Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday after 10:00am at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
