Lonnie Pike age 79 years of Science Hill, Ky. formerly of Adair County passed away Sunday at the Veterans Hospital in Lexington, KY after several months illness.

He was born May 19, 1933 in Ella, KY the son of the late: Finis and Florence Goodin Pike

He was preceded in death by one brother: Morris Pike, three sisters,

Ida Mae Stephens, Brenda Kaye Pike, Nellie States, Evelyn Knab

Survived by three sisters:

Shirley Stephens of Greenville, Tennessee

Madeline Lincoln of Roanoke, Virginia

Dorothy Fischer of West Palm Beach, Florida

Several nieces and nephews also survive

A special friend: Shirley McGuire of Science Hill, KY

Mr. Pike was a US Army veteran and trained thoroughbred horses across the United States
