His wife: Laurie VanDoren Andrade of Columbia, KY

Two brothers: Juan Andrade of Corona, California

Albert Andrade of Santa Anna, California

One sister: Laura Andrade of Corona, California

And a host of friends in Adair County, Kentucky

He was a maintenance worker at Amazon in Campbellsville, KY

A memorial service will be held at a later date at the Rose Hill Memorial Park in Whittier, California

There will be no local visitation or memorial service

The family has chosen cremation
