Laura Ella Sharpe age 94 years a resident of Fair Oaks Health Care in Jamestown, Ky. formerly
of the Ella Community in Adair County passed away Thursday, Feb. 16, 2012 at 3:00 A.M. at Fair Oaks
she was born on Sept. 16, 1917 in Adair County
she was the daughter of the late Hollis & Valda McClister Morrison and the widow of
Leonard Sharpe who preceded her in death on March 6, 1961
Survived by one nephew: William Morrison & wife Mary of Columbia, Ky.
Preceded in death by one brother: George Leslie Morrison on Nov. 18, 2006 and
a great nephew Adam Morrison on Nov. 17, 1996
Also surviving special friends Edward & Shirley Brown of Knifley
and a host of other relatives & friends survive
she attended the New Hope Separate Baptist Church and was a homemaker
Funeral service Saturday, Feb. 18, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home
Clergy officiating Bro. David Coffey & Bro. Edward Brown
Interment in Columbia Cemetery
