KIMBLE "PETE" GILPIN age 72 years of Columbia, KY formerly of Edmonton, KY passed away Monday, February 18, 2013 at 5:15 A.M. at the Summit Manor Health and Rehab Center in Columbia, KY.

He was born on January 12, 1941 in Metcalfe Co. Kentucky the son of the late

John Henry and Kizzie Pearl Jessee Gilpin

Mr. Gilpin was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church, a member of Columbia Masonic Lodge # 96. He was a truck driver for Dairyman Incorporated for several years and was the former manager of the Waste Management Transfer Station in Columbia and was a farmer.

Survived by three daughters:

Kim Turner and husband: Mark of Columbia, KY

Teresa Giles and husband: David of Columbia, KY

Crystal Stapleton and fiance': Ralph Jennings of Bowling Green, KY

Two brothers:

Don Gilpin of Edmonton, KY

James Larry Gilpin of Bowling Green, KY

Two sisters:

Genola Sexton of Edmonton, KY

Doris Byrd of Eighty Eight, KY

6 grandchildren: Erica and Lucas Turner, Zack Giles and wife Stacy, Shane Stapleton,

Anika Jennings and Truk Jennings 1 step grandchild; Amanda Kays and husband Troy and one step great granddaughter: Kylie Morris also surving is the mother of his children Shirley Gilpin of Columbia, KY
