He was born June 13, 1952 in Frankfort, Kentucky the son of the late: Clyde Marshall

and Lorene Houchens Blackwell of Franklin Co. Kentucky

Survived by his wife: Mary Margaret Edwards Blackwell of Columbia, KY

One son: Brad Blackwell & wife: Holly of Louisville, KY

Three stepchildren:

Troy Young, Toby Young and wife Ann Ballou Young, Traci Sharpe & husband Woody

all of Columbia, KY

One brother: Barry Blackwell & wife Gina of Tucson, Arizona

Two grandsons: William Bradley & Landon Blackwell

Seven step grandchildren: Miller & Maggie Young, Audrey, Silas, Sadie Young, Tate,

Anna Beth Sharpe

One sister in law: Sara Jean Corbin & husband Randy of Columbia, Ky

Brother in law: Tommy Edwards & wife Lisa of Columbia, KY

Mother in law: Billie Jo Edwards of Columbia, KY

Keith was a self employed salesman and a Kentucky Colonel
