September 16, 2014 at the Grandview Health and Rehab in Campbellsville, KY she was formerly of Louisville, KY and Columbia, KY

She was born October 13, 1918 in Sparksville, KY the daughter of the late: Joe Willie and Ruth Ellen Compton Wooten

She was married to William Loy and Paul Young who both preceded her in death.

Survived by one son: Danny Loy and wife Sue of Campbellsville, Ky

Two grandsons: Chad Loy and fiance Hannah Duran of Louisville, KY

Brent Loy and wife Becci of Upton, KY

One great granddaughter: Taylor Loy of Campbellsville, KY

One sister: Emily Hancock of Campbellsville, KY

She was a member of the Antioch United Methodist Church in Adair County and was a retired sales clerk at several stores in Louisville, KY
