Joyce Elaine Sneed, age 67, of Columbia, Kentucky, passed away at her residence on Monday, April 20, 2026. Born on July 14, 1958, in Lebanon, Kentucky, Joyce lived a life marked by dedication, warmth, and a deep love for those around her.

Joyce spent a significant part of her career as a machine operator at OshKosh. Beyond her work, Joyce found joy in gardening, listening to music, and cherishing moments spent with her family and friends. She attended 3trees Church, Joyce's faith was an integral part of her life, providing her with strength and comfort throughout her years.

She is survived by her beloved daughter, Tina Wells, and Tina’s partner, Kai Williams; grandchildren Grayson Riggins, Skylar Riggins, and a granddaughter, and her mother Brittany Harmon; as well as great-grandchildren Breyton and Zeighlyn Riggins. She is also lovingly remembered by her brother Steve Cave, niece Macy Clark, and special friends Bryan and Karen Ballou.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Douglas and Naomi Overstreet Cave, her son, Ryan Sneed, and her sister, Debra Clark.

Funeral services will be 1:00pm Monday, April 27, 2026 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be after 10:00am Monday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home.
