Nicholas Murray of Lexington, Ky.

One brother: Wayne Corbin of Munfordville, Ky.

Two sisters: Carolyn Keys of Columbia, Ky.

Frances Ooten of Columbia, Ky.

Mother-in-law: Glenda Coomer of Columbia, Ky.
