John Harold Giles, 77, of Columbia, KY passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023, at Green Hill Nursing and Rehab in Greensburg, KY. Born in Knifley, KY on August 19, 1945, to the late Edgar and Margaret Anna Roberts Giles.

Mr. Giles was an Ordained Minister on the radio broadcast of I Claim the Blood Ministry and attended the New Concord Church. He enjoyed fishing, tractors, mowers, growing wildflowers, and spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife Gloria Engstrom Giles of Columbia, KY; a daughter Lynita Greer (Stewart) of Knifley, KY; a step daughter Cindy Sneed of Liberty, KY; a step grandson Daniel Sneed (Megan); two step great grandchildren Myah and Wesson and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four siblings Hershey Giles, Hansford William Giles, Lois Brawner, and Manuel Giles.

Mr. Giles chose cremation, and a graveside service will be 1:00pm Thursday, March 30, 2023, at the Caldwell Ridge Cemetery.
