13, 2011 at 8:00 PM at Westlake Regional Hospital in Columbia, KY after an illness

He was born in Adair County April 24, 1933 the son of the late: Luther Bryant and is survived

By his mother Sarah McGaha Bryant of Louisville, KY

Survived by one son: John W. Bryant of Louisville, KY

Three daughters:

Debbie White , Donna Silva and Vickie L. Taylor all of Louisville, KY

One sister: Marvis Jean Woodruff of Louisville, KY

3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren survive

J.C. was preceded in death by 1 grandchild and 1 sister Montress Ann Herrin

He was retired from Hobart Manufacturing in Louisville, KY and was a self employed car salesman

He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of the Shawnee Lodge F & AM Louisville, KY

The family has chosen cremation and there will be a private memorial service at a later date.

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
