John Edd Burton, Jr. age 80 years of 4405 Liberty Road, Columbia, Ky. passed away

Sunday, Dec. 7, 2008 at 10:55 A.M. at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, KY.

After illness

He was the son of the late John Ed & Bertha Lee Shepherd Burton of Adair County

Survived by his wife of 58 years Betty Lou Thorne Burton of Columbia, Ky.

Foster son: Patrick Curry of Stockton, CA

Foster daughter: Cathy Curry Birlew of Stockton, CA

4 Grandchildren, several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

He attended the Beulah Chapel Brethren In Christ Church and was a retired farmer
