University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY after a long illness.

She is survived by her parents: John H. & Gloria Babbit Yarnall of Orlando, Florida

Her husband; Joe Phipps of Columbia, KY

Two sons: Robert John Phipps of Hawaii, Daniel Joseph Phipps of Columbia, KY

One daughter: Samantha Jo Phipps of Columbia, KY

Two brothers: John H. Yarnall Jr. of Columbia, KY

Joseph Yarnall of Clayton, Georgia

Two sisters: Sara O'Kane of Dalton, Georgia

Donna J. Dawkins of Leesburg, Florida

Survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends

She was a member of the Asbury United Methodist Church and a homemaker

Memorial service: Friday, December 5, 2008 at 1:00 PM Central at the Asbury

United Methodist Church 9600 New Columbia Road Campbellsville, KY

Clergy officiating: Rev. Don Watson

The family will receive friends at the church after 12:00 noon Central Friday

at Asbury United Methodist Church

The family has chosen cremation
