Jimmie Dale Bennett age 74 years of Columbia, KY died Thursday

December 14, 2017 1:06 PM as the result of an automobile accident

that occurred on Russell Road in Columbia, KY.

He was born on Feb. 25, 1943 in Adair County

Son of the late Frank & Lorena Coomer Bennett

Preceded in death by one brother Lyndell Bennett & his late wife Opal,

One sister Barbara J. Murrell  & her late husband Tommie Murrell

Survived by his wife Brenda Robertson Bennett of Columbia, KY

Two daughters:

Rhonda Loy of Columbia, KY

Jennifer (Andrew) Richerson  of  Campbellsville, KY

One brother:

Barry (Marsha) Bennett of Columbia, KY

Three sisters:

Peggy Bennett of Columbia, KY

Elaine (Mike) Downs of Columbia, KY

Patsy (Jimmy) Sapp of Carrolton, KY

Special friend Glenn Stearns of Columbia, KY

4 Grandchildren Makayla McCloud, Madelyn Loy, Gavin Loy & Cole Richerson

2 Great Grandchildren Bennett McGaha & Ava Alfaro

several nieces, nephews a host of other relatives & friends

Jimmie was a member of Egypt Christian Church where he served as a

Deacon and  member of  the Men for Christ. He was retired from IMO Industries,

he had served his country in the United States Army & was an avid rabbit

hunter

Visitation after 3:30 PM Saturday after 7:00 AM Sunday until time for

funeral service at the Egypt Christian Church   4855 Knifley Road, Columbia, KY
