JEWEL G. GRIDER age 93 years a resident of Summit Manor Health and

Rehab Center passed away Sunday, May 25, 2008 at 5:05 PM after several weeks illness at Summit Manor.

She was the daughter of the late: Loren S. and Letha Armstrong Guthrie

of Adair County, Kentucky

She was the widow of Earl Washington Grider who preceded her in death on July 6, 1982

Survivors include the following nieces and nephews:

Dave Rosenbaum of Lexington, KY & William Scott Guthrie of Dexter,

Michigan and Sue Florio Gwinn of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida

Anita Fletcher, Norma Jean Jessie, Iva Dean Collins, Carolyn Bennett, and Darrell Grider all of Glenfork, KY

Also survived by several great nieces and nephew and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by one brother:

William A. Guthrie in 1982 and by one sister: Norene Rosenbaum in 2001

Mrs. Grider was a member of the Glens Fork Christian Church and a worked for Dr. George Nell as a medical assistant for 21 years.
