passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at 12:20 AM at the Hardin Memorial

Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY after a short illness.

She is survived by her parents:

George Thomas and Bobbie Sizemore Keltner of Columbia, KY

Survived by two sisters:

Leslie Murrell & husband Joe of Columbia, KY

Alissa Barnes & husband Bob of Columbia, KY

Three nieces:

Elise & Charlotte Murrell, Payton Barnes

Two nephews:

Logan Barnes & Thomas Murrell

Also survived by a host of relatives and friends

Jennifer was a member of the Columbia United Methodist Church and

a registered nurse in ICU & ER at Westlake Regional Hospital, Westlake

Primary Care and recently at Liberty Care Center in Liberty, KY

A celebration of the life of Jennifer Keltner will be held Friday, April 18, 2008

at 1: 00 PM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home

Clergy officiating: Rev. Jerry Hatchett & Rev. David Alexander

Cremation has been chosen with interment of the cremains in the

Haven Hill Cemetery

The family will receive friends after 9:00 A.M. Friday at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary
