Besides his mother he is survived by his wife: Amy Wheeler Mann of Columbia, Ky.

One daughter: Katrina Elizabeth Mann of Columbia, Ky.

One son: Lonnie Lee Mann of Columbia, Ky.

One brother: Bobby Mann of Columbia, Ky.

Step-brother: Chris Flannigan of Russell Springs, Ky.

Two sisters: Jamie Mann & Brittany Mann of Russell Springs, Ky.

Step-sister: Kristy McGuffin of Milltown, Ky.

Grandmother: Ella Mann of Russell Springs, Ky.

Step-mother: Jean Mann of Russell Springs, Ky.

Several nephews, nieces & a host of other relatives & friends survive
