at Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room

He was born on September 22, 1945 in Adair County

He was the son of the late John Leslie & Sallie Mildred Murrell of

Adair County

He is survived by his wife: Sharon Sullivan Pike of Columbia, KY

One daughter Robin Willis & husband Jeff of Columbia, KY

Two grandsons Andy Willis & Jordan Willis

Three Sisters Ruby Willis & her late husband Raybun of Petersburg, IL, Reba Clements & Husband Gary of Liberty, KY

Regina Matthews & Husband Billy of Columbia, KY

Two brothers Albert Pike & Herbert Pike & his late wife Deloris of Columbia, KY

Preceded in death by one brother Thelbert Pike

also surviving are several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives

& friends

Jasper attended the Lovedale Community Church, had worked at

Sandusky Mill & was a farmer
