JANICE CAPE age 58 years of Versailles, KY formerly of the Cundiff Community in Adair County, KY passed away Monday, January 5, 2009 at

the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, KY after a long illness.

She was the daughter of the late: Calvin & Zella York Cape

She was preceded in death by these brothers and sisters:

Alene Cape, Margaret Helm, Phillip Cape, Wendell Cape

Survived by one daughter: Jamie Feese and husband Joey of Versailles, KY

Two grandchildren: Kaitlyn Feese & Austin Feese of Versailles, KY

Survived by several nieces and nephews and friends
