She was born February 5, 1947 the daughter of the late: Lee Foster and Rena Bryant Foster Chumbley

She was preceded in death by her husband James Houston "Jimmy" Beard on May 13, 1993

Survived by one son:

Bobby Beard and wife; Trish Norris of Russell Springs, KY

Three daughters:

Julie Green of Lake City, Florida

Cynthia Jones of Wisconsin

Angie Williams and husband Mike of Russell Springs, KY

One brother: Finis Foster of Columbia, KY

One sister: Irene Burton of Russell Springs, KY

12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren

Several nieces and nephews survive

Mrs. Beard was a homemaker
