Jamison Andrew "Jamie" Wade, 27 of Louisville, KY passed away Monday, May 21, 2018 at 7:54 am at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY after several weeks illness

He was born in Louisville, KY on January 4, 1991

Preceded in death by his maternal grandmother: Hazel Grant  Hill in 2016 and maternal grandfather  Marvin Mitchum

Survived by his mother:  Linda Wade (Paul Blevins) of Louisville, KY

Survived by his father: Michael (Karen) Wade of Louisville, KY

Two sons:  Jackson Wade and Liam Wade both of Louisville, KY

Two step sisters:

Stephanie (Brian) Lammers of Louisville, KY

Shelby Rea (Patrick Milby)  of Louisville, KY

One aunt:   Yvonne (Shelby) Magoffin of Louisville, KY

Jamie was a certified mechanic and maintenance worker.  He enjoyed playing guitar and tattooing
