James Ira Shepherd age 78 years of 509 Hutchison Loy Road Columbia, Ky. passed away Monday, Nov. 20, 2006 at 8:31 P. M. at Westlake Regional Hospital Emergency Room Columbia, Ky.

He was the son of the late Seathy White & Gertrude Ann Holt Shepherd, was preceded in death by his wife Juana

Survived by a special friend: Frances Harmon of Columbia, Ky.

One son & one daughter: John Shepherd & Jamie

Four sisters: Margaret Griffin & Audrey Pike both of Russell Springs, Ky., Louise Harden of Columbia, Ky. & Agnes Beard of Jamestown, Ky.

Two brothers: Gerald Shepherd of Columbia, Ky. & Allen Shepherd of Idaho

Preceded in death by one sister & one brother: Gladys Elaine Roy & Robert Shepherd

He was retired from the U. S. Marine Corps, veteran of WW II, Korean Conflict & Vietnam

Graveside service Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2006 at 2:00 P. M. at Tarter Cemetery Millerfield Road, Russell Springs with burial to follow
