J R Streeval, 76, of Columbia died Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at the Hardin Memorial Hospital in Elizabethtown, KY   Born in Columbia, KY he was the son of the late John Edward Streeval and Versie Foster Streeval

He was employed by Warner Fertilizer in Columbia, KY for 46 years, retiring in June of 2018, he was a member of the Bloomington Chapel Brethren in Christ Church

Survivors include his mother: Versie Foster Streeval of Columbia; two sons Jeff Streeval (Dorinda) of Columbia, Jerry Streeval (Romaine) of Somerset, KY  Karen Streeval, Sandra Taylor, Amanda Hand  all of Columbia, KY  Survived by a special friend Janet Foster of Columbia, two brothers Charlie (Ruth Ann) Streeval, Edward Streeval, five sisters Joyce (Alvin) Denton, Darlene (Lindon) Wray, Loretta (Billy) Turner, Connie (Paul) Reynolds, Annetta (Eddie) Burton all of Columbia

Survived by 16 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his wife Joan Willis Streeval on August 21, 1992 and by one daughter Linda Parker in 2015

Funeral services will be at 11:00 AM Saturday  November 17, 2018 at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Foster and Bro. Tony Streeval officiating.

Visitation will be after 3:30 PM Friday at the funeral home.

Burial will be in the Bearwallow Cemetery
