Survivors include a daughter Virginia Martinez of Chicago, IL

his companion Pat Martinez-Garcia of Chicago, IL

& other children survive

also surviving one sister Rebecca (Jimmy) Wariner of Jamestown, KY

Nieces & nephew Michael Wariner, Rhonda Hatter, Deborah Howard

Marla Liddy

a host of other relatives & friends survive

he had worked as a lineman at the Nabisco Plant in Chicago, IL
