Herbert Janes age 78 years of the Chance Community passed away Saturday, Oct. 15, 2011

at 4:25 A. M. at Westlake Regional Hospital Columbia, Ky.

He was the son of the late Lee Everett & Myrtie Corbin Janes

He was born on March 3, 1933 in Adair County

He was preceded in death by the following brothers: Hollis Janes, Clifton Janes, Elbert Janes

Jessie Janes

He is survived by two nephews: Bro. Ronnie Janes & Kenneth Janes

Two nieces: Brenda Jones & Phyllis Sneed

Several half nieces & nephews and other relatives & friends survive

He attended the Emory Chapel United Methodist Church and was a retired Truck Drive
