HENRY FUDGE age 82 years of 760 Weed-Sparksville Road, Columbia, Ky

(the Sparksville Community) passed away Thursday, February 15, 2007 at

8:35 A.M. at the Westlake Regional Hospital after several months illness.

He was the son of the late: Finis A. & Sarah Martha Barnes Fudge of Adair Co.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Emma Gueretta Corbin Fudge on

July 14, 1993

Survived by three daughters:

Carolyn Bledsoe and her husband Paul of Columbia, KY

Vontress Lou Irvine and her husband Donald of Columbia, KY

Shelia Yarberry and her husband Jerry of Columbia, KY

Survived by one son: Gene Fudge and his wife Vonda of Columbia, KY

One brother: Marion "Short" Fudge of Columbia, KY

Five grandchildren: Michelle Foster, Dorinda Morrison, Jamie Yarberry,

Kelly Fudge and his little buddy Alex Fudge

Two great grandchildren: Hanna & Devon Foster

Also survived by several nieces, nephews and his church family

at Sparksville Baptist Church

He was preceded in death by an infant brother: J.W. Gilbert Fudge

Henry was a member of the Sparksville Baptist Church were he served as

a Deacon and a Sunday School teacher, a US Army World War II Veteran,

He was a longtime employee of Durham Grocery Company, a custodian at

Sparksville Grade Center and for Stotts-Phelps-McQueay Funeral Home

Funeral service: Saturday, February 17, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at the Sparksville

Baptist Church
