Helen Piercy, 82, of Campbellsville, KY formerly of Columbia and Russell Springs, KY passed away Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at 7:02 AM at

the Fair Oaks Health Systems in Jamestown, KY

She was born April 17, 1936 in the Alga Community of Russell County, KY the daughter of the late: John and Antha Grant Compton.

She was preceded in death by these husbands;  Russell Flatt in 1982, Homer Veach in 1990, Calvin Coolidge "Chuck" Piercy in 2003.

She was preceded in death by one son; Stevie Flatt in 2011.

Mrs. Piercy attended the Green County Church of Christ, Greensburg, KY

and was a homemaker.  She enjoyed singing, dancing and making music.

Survived by five daughters:

Barbara "Tuter" (Manford) Bloyd of Russell Springs, KY

Patsy (Darrell) Hadley of Jamestown, KY

Sheila Hicks of Campbellsville, KY

Tara (Dennis) Haulk of Campbellsville, KY

Two sons:

Dennie Flatt of Russell Springs, KY

Homer (Allison) Veach Jr. of Campbellsville, KY

Three step children:

Ricky Veach and Ronnie Veach both of Russell Springs, KY

Pat Stewart of Lebanon, Tennessee

One sister:  Louise Andrew of Russell Springs, KY

22 grandchildren survive and a host of other great and great great grandchildren

Funeral service:   Friday, August 17, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home, Columbia, KY

Interment in the Ragan Cemetery in Russell County
