Helen Curry age 79 years a resident of Summit Manor Health &

Rehab Center formerly of the Vester Community Columbia, Ky. passed away Monday

Sept. 23, 2013 at 9:32 AM at Summit Manor Health & Rehab Center

She was born on March 5, 1934 in Adair County

She was the daughter of the late James Eli & Cecil McQueary Burton

& the widow of Ralph Gilbert Curry who preceded her in death

on July 19, 2010 also preceded in death by two sisters Diane Marple

& Jean Gray

She is survived by one daughter Mary Curry of Columbia, Ky.

One son Mark (Peggy) Curry of Bowling Green, Ky.

Three sisters Kay (Ray) Thomas of Columbia, Ky., Marie (Marshall)

Curry of Louisville, Ky. & Tricia Holt of Louisville, Ky.

One brother Kelly (Debbie) Burton of Russell Springs, Ky.

5 Grandchildren Christa, Kimberly, Drew

Allie & Erin

Several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

She was a member of Bearwallow United Methodist Church & own

& operated Curry's Grocery in the Vester community for over 40 years

with her late husband Ralph Gilbert Curry
