Harold Thomas Coomer age 74 years of Russell Springs formerly Adair

County passed away Thursday Jan. 25, 2018 at 7:35 PM at

Russell County Hospital after an illness.

He was born on June 16, 1943  in Adair County, KY

He was the son of the late Azro & Christine Munday Coomer

Survived by his wife:

Patricia McFall Coomer of Russell Springs, KY

Three daughters:

Sherri (Ricky) Barnes of Russell Springs, KY

Renae (David) Turner of Russell Springs, KY

Jill (Dr. Rob) Bertram of Jamestown, KY

One brother:

Willard Coomer & his late wife Sharon Coomer of Columbia, KY

One sister:

Marilyn (Junior) Brown of Columbia, KY

Mother-in-law: Evelyn McFall of Jamestown, KY

9 Grandchildren: Trevor Barnes, Nick (Chandra) Barnes, Kaitlyn Barnes,

Alex Turner, J. R. (Beth) Bertram, Benjamin Bertram, Henry Bertram, Jenna White,

& Lauren White.

several nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives & friends survive.

He was a Barber in Russell County for 50 years, and a Separate Baptist Minister.

He was a member of Mt. Hope Separate Baptist Church in Jamestown, KY.

He enjoyed playing the guitar & piano with quartets & at his church.

Visitation after 3:30 PM CT Saturday until 8:00 PM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary

Funeral Home. Visitation will start after 11:00 AM Sunday until funeral hour at Mt. Hope Separate Baptist Church in Russell County
