He was the son of the late Dempsey & Lula Mae Neat Franklin

He was preceded in death by a grandson Robbye Burch on

November 17, 1996 &

Three brothers Don Franklin, Ralph Franklin & Wallace Franklin

He is survived by his wife Arcola Estes Franklin of Columbia, KY

One daughter Brenda (Jackie) Bardin of Columbia, KY

Three sons Jerry (Margie) Franklin of Bowling Green, KY

Billy (Robin) Franklin of Columbia, KY

Lynn (Pheobie) Franklin of Columbia, KY

One sister Rosie Bearden of Columbia, KY

Three brothers Herbert Franklin of Edmonton, KY

Chester Franklin of Bowling Green, KY

Howard Franklin of Columbia, KY

13 Grandchildren & 17 Great Grandchildren

He was of the Baptist faith, had operated a service station in Columbia for several years & sold farm gates
