He is survived by his wife Julie Keltner Stephens of Columbia, KY

One son Glenn Stephens Jr. & his wife Anne of Columbia, KY

Four daughters Teresa Stephens of Columbia, KY

Jennifer Kuper & husband Rick of Colorado Springs, Colorado

Leslie Shannon Stephens of Columbia, KY

Sonya Wilson & husband Bernard of Roanoke, Virginia

Two step-sons Jason Coomer & Justin Coomer of Columbia, KY

Three sisters Wanda Ballou, Dinah Bowen both of Columbia, KY &

Nona Jeffries of Edmonton, KY

One brother Frank Stephens of Louisville, KY

10 Grandchildren, two Great Grandchildren

several nieces, nephews & a host of other relatives & friends survive

Glenn was a Masonry & was a member of Christian Biblical Church

1 to 5 P.M. at the Adair County Annex Basement
