passed away suddenly Thursday April 3, 2008 at 10:47 A. M. at T. J. Samson Community Hospital Emergency Room in Glasgow, Ky.
He was the son of the late Lloyd George Keltner of Adair Co. Kentucky
Survived by his mother Glenna Schultz Keltner Columbia, KY
Survived by his wife: Joan Williams Keltner of Columbia, KY
Two sons: Thad Keltner and Ethan Keltner of Columbia, KY
One daughter: Sarah Keltner of Columbia, KY
And their mother: Carole Rowe Thomas of Columbia, KY
One step son: Mark Parks of Summer Shade, KY
One step daughter: Melissa Barbour of Glasgow, KY

David was a member of the Columbia Seventh Day Adventist Church,
An owner-operator truck driver and served in the US Air Force from 1971 to 1974
