passed away Monday, January 28, 2008 at 12:58 PM at the Medical Center

of Bowling Green in Bowling Green, KY after a short illness.

He was the son of the late: Henry Clayton & Inez Kyser Smith of

Geneva, Alabama

He is survived by his wife: Dorothy Ruth Laurence Smith of Columbia, KY

Two daughters:

Teresa Jane Smith and husband Roger of Breeding, KY

Angelina Christine Hatfield and husband Dan of Spring Hill, Florida

One son:

James David Smith of Burkesville, KY

Two brothers:

Treadwell Eudon Smith of Richland, Missouri

James Douglas Smith of Slocomb, Alabama

One sister:

Lena Denise Bolin Slocomb, Alabama

11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren survive

Mr. Smith was a retired masonry contractor, US Army Korean Conflict veteran,

And a member of the Christian Fellowship Church in Brooksville, Florida

Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home
