She was born January 22, 1954 in St. Petersburg, Florida the daughter of Joseph and Lenora Newman Black

She was preceded in death by a son: Robert Houston Lawrence Jr. on October 30, 2011

Survived by her husband: Paul Hartzler of Fairplay, KY

One granddaughter: Elizabeth Ann Lawrence of Fairplay, KY

One step son: Christian W. Hartzler and wife Elizabeth of Loudon, TN

One step grandchild: Bradon Hartzler

A special friend Timothy Hale of Fairplay, KY

She attended the Old Concord United Methodist Church and was a former food processing worker

A memorial service will be held Saturday, August 25, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home

Clergy officiating: Bro. Sam Burris

Visitation will be at 10:30 AM Saturday at the funeral home

Cremation has taken place
