away Sunday Jan. 9, 2011 at 8:15 A. M. at Russell County Hospital in Russell Springs,

Ky. after an illness

He was born on Jan. 2, 1948 in Adair County

He was the son of the late Norman "Rattler" & Eliza McKinley Young of Adair County

He is survived by his wife Linda Young of Jamestown, Ky.

Three sons: Troy Gene Young & his wife Jacquita of Jamestown, Ky.

Chris L. Young of Jamestown, Ky.

Mark Allen Young & his wife Connie of Columbia, Ky.

Two brothers: Reed Young of Franklin, IN

Condy Young of Columbia, Ky.

Also surviving are a host of other relatives & friends

He was a member of Fairview Separate Baptist Church, had worked at the Rock Quarry

& was a farmer
